Gentle Back Warm Up

Back pain is one of the most common complaints that plague humans. In many cases, doing daily simple movements that gently warm and stretch the back will help to keep pain and stiffness away. You can use this video alone, or as a warm-up before going into the rest of your yoga practice. You might also want to look at Got Back Pain?, which is a longer, therapeutic sequence for back pain.
