Feeling stressed? Feeling exhausted? Lie down and take a few minutes to relax and listen to this guided relaxation. I will lead you into a relaxed state, focusing on releasing tension in the body and then healing the heart. We often don’t realize how much stuff we have stored around our hearts — wounds from way back in childhood, fears, everyday little disappointments. They pile up and cause us to close ourselves off in an effort to protect ourselves. This baggage blocks us from being open to receiving love; it blocks us from being kind to ourselves and to others. Listen to this relaxation any time. If you can’t lie down, sit in a chair. I talk for just over three minutes, then leave you to relax and absorb the benefits for as long as you’re able.
