This can be used to make a hair rinse for natural or no-poo regimens. It helps to remove minerals in hard water to make baking soda or natural shampoo bars work better, and adds shine. A little goes a long way. 1/4 tsp. to 2 cups of warm water is the standard rinse, but some like a more diluted rinse of 1/4 tsp. to 1 gallon of warm water. Can also be used for sprouting, canning, and other food uses.
