The Joyful Heart Yoga group had such a wonderful time in Spain. I’ve started several drafts of a blog post about our trip, but I’ve decided to scratch them and simply post a few videos. The scenery, the fresh air, the food and wine, and most importantly the camaraderie of joyful hearts made this an unforgettable adventure. This video is our first leg on the official Camino de Santiago. I’ll post a few more later so you can see the incredible change of scenery that we experienced along the way.
