I’m in the middle of preparations for next year’s Joyful Heart Yoga in Costa Rica trip, and I’m getting very excited. There’s nothing like breathing in the prana of the rainforest to make things right. Being surrounded by nature with like-minded friends is a great way to get centered and let all of the non-essential busyness that comes with our crazy, modern lifestyle fall away. It’s so easy to simply be in Costa Rica.
All of the details aren’t nailed down yet, so stay tuned, but we’ll start in early March. The main part of the trip will be 6 nights, and we’ll have both pre- and post- extensions for those who can stay longer and want to see other parts of this diverse country.
Main trip: Heredia and Arenal. A fantastic combination of sunny, dry coffee-growing weather and moist rainforest. We are traveling in March to get a better chance of seeing the volcano.
Pre-extension: Tortuguero. Primitive, Jurassic-Park-like setting. We will go everywhere by water — even our yoga classes will be on a floating deck!
Post-extension: The beach! We will offer a few options so you can get exactly the type of beach experience that you like best: private, quiet resort …cool beach town … or beach/rainforest combo.
I’ll let you know as soon as we finalize the arrangements, but you might want to clear off your calendar starting March 1.
I’m putting this on my calendar and start saving my $$ 🙂 So glad you are continuing to do this.
It will be great to see you there!
Keep me posted !!!!
Will do!
