Plantar fasciitis is a painful foot condition that is difficult to treat. If you’re one of the many people who’ve tried the usual recommendations of stretching, boots, and orthotics and still suffer, this five-minute video could be a game-changer. It’s easy, painless, and effective. Give it a try and let me know how it works. Remember, you won’t get better instantly. You have to do this several times a day. You might notice a little relief each time, but it will probably take a few weeks to really get on the road to healing.

Hi Sandy!
What a surprise to run across you on Instagram!
Hope you are doing well.
I’m miss doing your hair and talking with you!
I miss you too! I was just thinking about you — I haven’t found my perfect hair person here, and I was wishing you were around!
This was THE BEST tutorial ever! Thank you so much & I will be sharing this with everyone I know!
Thank you, Olivia!
I really like this video of simple things to do to assist with plantar fasciatis. I have been suffering from it off and on for about 6 years. I found making my hand into a fist and massaging the opposite foot really helps. And yes, it is all related to spine, hip, legs, etc. People underestimate that foot problems are rarely just the foot, but connected. Thanks so much for this wonderful video.
I’m glad you liked it, Cheryl! Thanks for your comment.
