Does your neck hurt? Almost everyone can benefit from doing simple, gentle neck stretches every day. If you spend a lot of time looking at a computer, reading, driving, or holding your head in a certain position for most of the day, you probably have sore, tight neck muscles. Take a look at this short video, and do the exercises along with me. You can do this standing or sitting, and itβs perfect for an office break.
